SALES POLICIES

We try to make your purchasing experience easy and without stress. All products are 100% guaranteed and exchangeable (except walleye fillets). If a return is necessary simply call or email us so we can provide the needed information and determine if a replacement is available. Our liability for return freight or freight to ship a replacement is limited to cases where we are liable for the error and must be established prior to returning the item(s).

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

If items are authorized to be returned in resaleable condition within 30 days of receipt, and a replacement or exchange is not available, then a refund of the purchase price less the shipping cost will be issued. If the reason for the return is due to a fault of Border Bob's then the original shipping cost will also be considered for refund.
